Day / Night Conundrum

So it has come to our attention that if you live in Metropolis or Gotham (yes they are fictional cities) that you need to pay close attention to the time when going out to commit a crime.
For those in Metropolis, Superman tends to work only during the day. So if you're looking to break the law, you may want to consider doing this at night.

However this does not hold true in the Smallville universe because this Superman (still currently being referred to as the Blur) manages to work both day and night; as seasons have progressed he tends to be working more at night.

This gives Smallville a little of that Batman type atmosphere that a lot of people prefer.
Speaking of the bat, when looking to do wrong in Gotham city, DO IT DURING THE DAY!! Bruce Wayne cannot manage a company, make public appearances, and be Batman during the day, but at night he doesn't have to spend his time managing his company and most expect him to be asleep, so he can easily be Batman.

Just wanted to throw this out there.

Thoughts, opinions, comments, disagreements. Anyone? - GJ
