Sackhoff Confirms: She's In Riddick 3
Katee Sackhoff (Starbuck, Battlestar Galactica) has confirmed that she will be in Riddick 3 starring alongside Vin Diesel.
As far as in what capacity, Sackhoff is rumored to be a bounty hunter on the hunt for Riddick.
What do you guys think, is Sackhoff who you would have chosen to hunt Riddick?

Got Riddick
Read on SciFiWire.com that Vin Diesel will be portraying Richard Riddick for a third live action movie; Vin Diesel also voiced Riddick for the animated Dark Fury movie.
Other then a few production notes, nothing more is known about the upcoming film. It is mentioned that this film will also lean towards themes used in Pitch Black, rather then Chronicles.
Actually liked the Chronicles film better; felt there was a better view of what was going on in the Universe.
Pitch Black was a good film, but had more of a Horror theme to it then preferred for our Sci-Fi taste. This however is also a big reason why many enjoyed Pitch Black over Chronicles.

Cowboy Bebop Live Action Movie
It has been announced that a Cowboy Bebop movie will soon see the light of day. As fans of the anime series, this is exciting news and we can't wait. However the announcement came with what may become a downside to the film.
Fox the studio with the rights to the film announced that they are pursuing Keanu Reeves (The Matrix) to play lead bounty hunter Spike Speigel. Don't get us wrong, we've enjoyed a lot of Reeves' work, but as far as him making the perfect Spike, we just don't see it. Though we could be wrong and this may turn out to be the perfect fit.
Our only suggestion is that either Vin Diesel (Riddick) or Ron Perlman (Hellboy) should be cast as Spike's partner Jet Black. Both just appear to fit Jet's persona so well.
Unfortunately we'll have to wait until 2011 to see how this turns out. - GJ
