LEGO Avengers: Endgame Sets (POTENTIAL SPOILERS)

With Marvel's highly anticipated Avengers: Endgame just around the corner it was only a matter of time before merchandise made its way to the Internet. Now one must keep in mind that just because there is a LEGO set that does not necessarily mean that the scene is actually in the movie.

Release dates and pricing have yet to be released; one can assume to see these on shelves closer to May and range roughly anywhere from $25 to $125 per set.

Any set in particular you are most looking forward to? Let us know in the comments below.

Don't forget to check out Avengers: Endgame in theaters April 26, 2019.

Avengers: Infinity War (Official Trailer)

Finally! After months of waiting, the Avengers Infinity War trailer has made it's way online.

And of course Twitter, Facebook, and other various sites are already buzzing with negativity. From the CGI of Thanos looks awful, there's too many Marvel characters, and of course the usual where's (insert name).

Now for us, the CGI for Thanos looks good; our complaint is the fact that he's not wearing his helmet. As far as the other complaints, well we are fine with those slated to appear.

Marvel Infinity War is set to open in May 2018.

There Should Have Been A Johnny Storm Cameo

So like most fans of Marvel's Avengers we too had that urge to see a cameo from Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man (see Spider-Man Rebooted Too Early?).

However we've also come to the conclusion that the funnier cameo would have been Captain America himself, Chris Evans, portraying his Fantastic Four character Johnny Storm, aka Human Torch.

Like Spider-Man the Fantastic Four are also headquartered in Manhattan New York, so it would make perfect sense to have Chris Evans show up as Johnny Storm to see if the Avengers needed the Fantastic Four's help.

Come on you know you'd have laughed at this too.

Avengers Movie Review

Without trying to spoil the movie for those that haven't seen Marvel's Avengers (which can't be many of you), here is our spoiler free review.

If only allowed one word to describe the Avengers, well we'd go with brilliant. The action sequences, the humor, the character relationships, everything was just amazing.

There was a great concern going into this movie that with so many heroes somebody wouldn't be getting much screen time, but the fact of the matter is everyone got a fair share; including Hawkeye, Black Widow, and Nick Fury.

The movie also provided Bruce Banner with quite a significant amount of screen time too; not just a few seconds where he becomes angry and turns into the Hulk for the rest of the movie. This move was great because it allowed Banner and Tony Stark to have a rapport with one another which added to both their character development.

As you can imagine there was quite a significant amount of action in the film, but not to the extent where the movie goer loses interest in the film or cause the film to lose the storyline. Action was also nicely spaced, not too much at one time; which allowed for the story to flow nicely and time for important conversations / interactions to take place.

The quality and quantity of humor was also great. The jokes were actually witty and well placed. Most people will have to see the Avengers at least twice due to the fact that you miss somethings due to laughing so hard in a few places. Seriously though, who's going to complain about seeing this film a few times?

Don't be too eager to jump from your seat and leave when the end credits start to roll either. There are two clips after the end credits start to roll; one will be seen right after the actors' names are listed and the other after all credits have run through. You won't want to miss either!

Marvel's Avengers earns a 5 out of 5, is directed by Joss Whedon (Firefly, Buffy the Vampire Slayer), and has a run time of 2 hours and 23 minutes.

These Would Be My Avengers

Over on Twitter, user @JimxSabo asked for suggestions of Marvel characters to make up a new Avengers team.

Well to help him out I sent him a list of six characters that I would put on my team.

Moon Knight
Gambit
Korg
Lifeguard
Lylla
Human Robot

I still haven't decided if I'd go with Moon Knight or Gambit as team leader, but either man would make a fine choice in my opinion.

So who would make your team?

A Great Haul

I promise you that I did not set out to spend so much money yesterday, but it just seemed to happen.

Everytime I go out to a store I always have to hit the toy aisle in hopes of finding some of these rare gems; I finally struck gold.

Trip number one produced the above toy; the rare comic pack featuring Deadpool and the Taskmaster.

On run number two I finally found the infamous Captain America Crossbones figure (pictured below).

The toys were completely unintended purchases, the following Star Wars books on the other hand, well...yeah I set out to pick those up on purpose.

I could have spent way more on comic books and art supplies too, but decided I do need to eat at some point this week.

Have you guys ever had a day like this?
