Worst Movie EVER!!

RECON 2022: The Mezzo Incident

First let's begin by saying "DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS MOVIE." This movie will take away 96 minutes, that's its run time, of your life that you could have wasted playing Gears Of War and eating Cheetos.

The story, set not too far into the future, puts mankind at war with an alien race known as the Ma'har, whom man has never laid eyes on; apparently all of our fighting has been against cyborgs. A team of soldiers is sent to an ice planet called Mezzo, where they are to locate and destroy a facility that is believed to be run by the Ma'har, but turns out to be an underground cyborg facility.

This movie offers nothing but terrible acting by a bunch of no names, who will remain that way doing crap like this, hundreds of bad sex jokes, and a soft porn soundtrack that simply doesn't belong.

For a group of so called top notch marines, you wonder how they ever survived basic training.

Examples:

1. They fire at an aircraft for about ten minutes using their standard automatic weapons when they have a rocket launcher.
2. When they prepare to snipe three cyborgs they don't just shoot them but decide to have two of the four remaining team members run in the open to draw their fire. WHY?
3. They pretty much repeat number two here except they use a different weapon to take out the cyborgs. (Side Note: They also used the exact same scene of the two marines running in the open.)
4. When there is cover, they never use it. In fact most gun fights involve everyone standing in the open shooting and shooting and shooting, and no results. Two minutes later a cyborg will fall.

Here's the really bad news. This is movie number two of at least three. Someone has way too much money and free time on their hands if they actually think people want three of these terrible movies.

We have no true rating system here at junkyard, but let us just say this;

No stars, 0 / 5, and we couldn't even bring ourselves to give this to our worst enemy. - GJ

Cleopatra 2525

This was a show that may not have been Oscar worthy, but it was an hour well spent. Cleopatra 2525 was a well written unique story presented by talented (and beautiful) actresses.

However, like most Science Fiction shows produced by FOX, it bit the dust before it could acquire the following to support its production. FOX has had this problem of constantly moving shows to different time slots and not allowing people to find the shows they want. Look at other would be greats, Dark Angel and Firefly.

If there was a possibility to see Cleopatra 2525 on TV again that would be phenomenal, but I wouldn't count on this. However, there is always YouTube.

Deja Vu - Phenomenon or Artificial?

Deja vu is defined by Wikipedia.com as the experience of feeling that one has witnessed or experienced a new situation previously. According to formal studies deja vu has been experienced by over 70% of the world's population; I myself can think of more than one occasion were I have experienced deja vu.

Because deja vu is such a unique experience in the way that it occurs there is really no way that science can prove or disprove of its existence. Though scientists feel that hypnosis has taken them a few steps forward, we are still very far off from finding out the true cause of deja vu.

But what if I told you that deja vu may not be a natural phenomenon. What if it was actually an event that was manufactured by mankind or some other Alien life form. Now seriously, stay with me on this one. What if there is a machine that man or alien has placed into space, and mankind is allowed to live on Earth until the point where we completely destroy the planet, but this said machine actually turns back time to allow mankind to start over again. We of course would have no knowledge of the entire event taking place but what if after many rewinds certain images or events aren't fully erased from your memory and they seep into your dreams letting you see "future" events.

I know this maybe hard to swallow, but prove me wrong, if you can.
